DONNEKO OÜ (the "Company") processes personal data as follows in the wedding-dress virtual try-on
service "peach".
1. Information we collect

2. How your photos are handled
- Your uploaded photo and the dress photo are sent to an external AI model provider (Google
Gemini or OpenAI, depending on the Service's configuration) to generate the try-on image. The
provider uses them only for generation and does not store or train on them beyond that; only the
photos and dress description are sent.
- Photos are not used for facial recognition or identity verification. We do not separately extract or
store biometric data.
- No one other than you can see your photos and results.
3. Retention and deletion
- Photos, results and history are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- Deleting your account immediately deletes your photos, results, history and account
(details).
- Access logs required by law are kept only for that required period (3 months) and then deleted.
4. Third-party disclosure and processing
We do not disclose personal data to third parties other than the AI model provider described in
Section 2. Storage runs on Amazon Web Services (US East).
5. Your rights
You can delete your own photos, results and account at any time. For questions about how your data is
