Terms of Service

These terms govern the wedding-dress virtual try-on service "peach" (the "Service") provided by DONNEKO OÜ (the "Company"). The Service combines a photo you upload with a photo of a dress using an AI model to generate an image of you wearing that dress.

1. What the Service is

• Every result image is AI-generated and is not a real photo of you wearing the dress. Color, drape and fit may differ from the real garment.
• If a dress has no photo from the side or back, that view is inferred from the front photo. The screen marks it "Inferred".
• Dress information shown in the Service (brand, material, silhouette, etc.) is for reference only; purchases and contracts are made directly with the relevant brand or shop.
• Browsing, searching and chatting with the stylist are free. Try-on (generating a worn image) spends credits (see Section 5).

2. Credits, subscription and refunds

• Credits are purchased through in-app purchase (App Store / Google Play) or granted by a subscription. Prices are those shown in the store.
• A subscription refills a set number of credits every billing period (unused credits do not carry over as a separate balance beyond that refill). You can cancel a subscription at any time in the store's account settings; after cancelling you can keep using it until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If generating a try-on image fails for reasons on our side, the credits spent on that try-on are refunded automatically. Not liking a result that was generated normally is not grounds for a refund — AI-generated output cannot be guaranteed.
• Refunds for a purchase follow the refund policy of the store you paid through, and any applicable consumer-protection law. Credits already used are not refunded; a refund for unused credits is requested through the store.

3. Your photos

• You may upload only photos of yourself, or photos of someone else who has given their consent.
• Responsibility for a result created from someone else's photo uploaded without consent rests with the member who uploaded it.
• Your photos and results are visible only to you, and the Company uses them only to provide the Service (generating and displaying results).

4. Rights to dress photos and information

Copyright and trademark rights in dress photos and information belong to the respective brand or shop. You may view and save result images for personal use, but may not use them commercially or distribute them as if they were an official image of the brand.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading someone else's photo without consent, or uploading a photo of a minor
• Presenting a result to a third party as if it were a real photo of you wearing the dress
• Mass-generating results with automated tools, or otherwise disrupting normal operation of the Service

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from My account → Delete account. Your uploaded photos, results and history are deleted with it and cannot be recovered. See Account deletion for details.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company does not warrant that a result image matches the real garment. Decisions about choosing, buying or preparing a dress for your wedding are yours to make; consult the relevant shop when you need to.
